Born in 1876 in the Pas de Calais region, France. Died in 1958.
Studied at the School of Fine Arts in Le Havre, Normandy, France
René De Saint Delis was brother to Henri De Saint Delis. He rarely showed his work for fear of it falling into the hands of traders. He chose to live modestly but well and lived only for his art.
Throughout his life he was happy painting and loved his summer morning strolls in the company of Raoul Dufy and friends.
