Teuthis lives and works in Le Havre, Normandy, France.
Underwater inspirations, urbain intentions.
Since 2013 after studying marine biology which led him to specialize in the study of marine fauna leading in the islands of Polynesia, Teuthis combines naturalist drawing and graphic creation with an environmental and artistic approach. His highly documented drawings respect the strict standards of scientific illustrations.
In ancient Greek, Teuthis means squid.
Influenced by the French naturalist illustrator Charles-Alexandre Lesueur and Ernst Haeckel, and street artists such as Roa and Blu.
